Graduate Hire program is planned to help fresh graduates boost their technical careers within 3 months of internship, including training and shadowing on existing IBM projects, before they get hired.
Qualified candidates should be selected through a series of interviews. Once training and shadowing is over, passing an exam will qualify you to a hiring position.
Qualifications:
Interested persons must meet the following qualifications:
- Max. 24 Months from graduation date.
- Specialized in one of the IT fields.
- Did not join previous IBM internship rounds.
