Job Title:
Technical Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
1. Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
2. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
3. Monitor and maintain network devices including switches, routers and firewalls.
4. Troubleshoot system and network problems as well as diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
5. Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
6. Assist in the roll-out of new applications.
7. Perform scheduled maintenance upgrades.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a same position.
3. Good command of both written and spoken English.
5. Deep knowledge of Windows Operating System, knowledge of hard desk management tools, Anti-Spyware, Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, LAN–IM, Ethernet cabling and cabling equipment is preferable.
6. Accuracy, excellent analytical skills, alertness and precession when dealing with hardware, software or data.
