4. Graduated from Faculty of computer science, Biomedical or electric engineer.
5. Leader skills.
6. .Net MVC knowledge is an advance.
7. Main issue is the leading skills+financial back ground.

Job description & Qualifications:
1. Make the final decisions and lead a team of software engineers to developing new software.
2. Work in tandem with the management of the company and present updates about the status of the software.
3. Think of new ideas to leverage the performance of the software team and software products.
4. Maintain the security of the systems by using efficient firewalls and antivirus software.
5. Development and implementation of testing models.
6. Analyzing the requirements of the user and creating software to suit their needs.
7. Tests the new software for workability and instruct the software engineers under him to make suitable changes.
8. Maintain database of the company and upgrade it regularly.
9. Communicate and interact with clients to know assess their needs.
10. Troubleshooting for software with problems.
11. Investigation on errors in software programs as reported by clients.
12. Analysis of the success of software programs in the market.
13. Train the engineers to perform better.
14. Providing software support and assistance to the client.
