An International Company needs to hire Software Technical Support Engineer with the following qualifications: -
1. Provide technical assistance and ensure successful client support for the products.
2. Follow up client support requests until resolution.
3. Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
4. Log customer issues and solutions to update SW Technical Support Team Leader.
5. Conduct training sessions to clients on newly installed software solutions.
6. Participate in software installation activities in coordination with Engagement Manager.
7. Adhere to GET QMS technical procedures.
8. Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
9. Perform any other related job duties as requested by the direct supervisor.
EDUCATION:
• Bachelors degree in computer science.
• Microsoft/Oracle certified preferred.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
• (1) - (3) years of relevant experience.
• Industry knowledge is a plus.
OTHER SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
• English and Arabic proficiency.
• Good knowledge in Software Support tools and techniques.
• Database Management knowledge (SQL, ORACLE, ..) required.
