Job Description:
1. Carries out various activities related to the administration and implementation of the corporation’s employee relations policies and procedures.
2. Participates in various meeting related to medical cases, reinstatement cases, exit interviews upon resignation or termination, career shift cases, grievance and complaints, disputes, pension and redundancy matters.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administrations, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in personnel administration/ employee relations; 3 year in an offshore oil & Gas Environment is a Plus .
• Multi-task oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience and respect.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and diffuse employee related issues, concerns, situations, etc.
• Bilingual Arabic/English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft computer applications
• Males only.
